Background

E‑ZPass is an electronic toll collection system used on most tolled roads, bridges, and tunnels in the Midwestern and Eastern United States, as far south as Florida and as far west as Illinois.

Goals and Objectives

What is the problem?
We want to speed up the toll payment process. Also make it easier to increase your prepaid account balance, add vehicles and tags to your account.

Prioritized Features
Responsive design, Update the look and feel of the site, Streamline the payment process, Have web and mobile app be cohesive.

My Role and Responsibilities

  • Map out the scenarios and information architecture of the user flows.
  • Design the site to be inline with the mobile app that is also being designed. This process includes designing high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Meet weekly with the design team to showcase different design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Meet weekly with members of the web development team to discuss the designs and native components of the site.
  • Conduct Usability Testing.
