Background

NJ Transit is New Jersey's public transportation corporation. Its mission is to provide safe, reliable, convenient and cost-effective transit service. This project came to our team as a user interface update, the client wanted their administrator portal to match the look of the NJ Tranist website.

Goals and Objectives

What is the problem?
The home page of NJ Transit has been updated to a new look, but the other pages on the site are still in the old format.

Prioritized Features
Responsive design, Update the look and feel of a few main pages to match the home page.

My Role and Responsibilities

  • Update date the UI on a few pages to be inline with the home page new look. Along with the administration portal. This process includes designing high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Meet weekly with the design team to showcase different design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Meet weekly with members of the web development team to discuss the designs and native components of the site.
  • Conduct Usability Testing.
